The UNDP's International Open Source Network (UNDP-IOSN) through its ASEAN+3 Centre of Excellence (Philippines) and InWEnt - Capacity Building International (Germany) together with the Tactical Technology Collective (Netherlands), Aspiration (USA) and The Centre for Internet and Society (India) successfully orgnized the ASIA SOURCE 3 CAMP last November 6-13, 2009 at Silang Cavite Philippines. More than 140 participants from different countries convened during the 6-day hands-on open source camp with the aim at "Building open source IT-skills of those working with NGOs and SMEs in Asia".
This is the third event of the Asia Source Camp and it's the first of its kind in the Philippines.There are 4 tracks in Asia Source camp wherein the participants can connect, cooperate and collaborate.
